Cape Town Luxury Villas.com is the prototype framework for Villa Secrets.com. A business initiative which improves the client experience in four key areas.

  1. Price: Collectively a network of companies and websites can demand higher bulk discounts and pass the saving to the client.
  2. Stock: Bespoke villa companies, booking systems, developers, owners, managers, architects and realtors properties all in one place.
  3. Service: The network is structured around a truly ingenious collection of service initiatives and systems.
  4. Security: Each individual company will be vetted and insured with ABTA or equivalent, payments systems avoid fraud and negligence.

Villa Secrets is the first S-World Network, it will expand its Network in three areas: 1. Locally at corporate level, 2. Locally incorporating small niche companies and 3. Internationally.

Within Cape Town, a shortlist of eight network partners has been created. a collection of six leading brand estate agents, property management companies, architects and property developers will join www.CapeVillas.com and www.Cape-Town-Luxury-Villas.com to create www.CapeTown.VillaSecrets.com

Each partner will receive a new website, with a domain name suited to there niche, tailored to their corporate image, which connect via API's to their current websites database of stock. This new website will in turn integrate with Villa Secrets and the Villa Secrets API. In some cases, the current villa secrets framework and stock will also incorporate directly into companies existing websites. Cape Town Villa Secrets partners may choose to display their stock with other Network partners websites by mutual consent, all will display their stock on their new individually customized websites and the Villa Secrets website.

 

Most network partners will advertise their new website in top three position on Google Adwords, a task made economically feasible due to the Cape Town Luxury Villas and Villa Secrets framework, which was built from the ground up as an Google Adwords strategy. More on this


 

2. locally incorporating small niche companies

Most of the eight parent "CapeTown.VillaSecrets" networks will be named brands, but not all. Cape Town Luxury Villas is a new brand. New brands will create/work with a framework of sub networks of other small niche companies, independent contractors and start ups. Incorporating bespoke property management companies, small niche villa agencies, niche estate agencies, concierge companies, travel companies and independent contractors.

At first, sub networks may work through the www.Cape-Town-Luxury-Villas.com website, but over time, the best performing companies will warrant there own company franchise and website.

In addition to generating income, most new franchises will need to have acquired marketing mandates for over four properties, and in doing so pass on the highest discounts to Villa Secrets. Small niche companies exclusive properties which will become the homepage focus of there individual website, thus making each unique in its primary offering and strong and competent in reserve.

3. Villa Secrets expands Internationally.

Over time, Villa Secrets desires to expand to just about every location one would wish to hire a villa in, creating parent and sub networks in each. This process will take many years to complete, however creating relationships with 15 global partners could conceivably be complete, integrated and fully on line before the end of 2014 at which point www.VillaSecrets.com will rightfully be the new global player to watch.

Certainly by the end of the year Villa Secrets will be connected with global bookings systems, and will have good stock in most locations, however it is not Villa Secrets business model to sell to the public in areas where it has no representation and on the ground expertise, hence Villa Secrets will only rent prorates when it has a highly competent ground handler, which in all cases will include one of the leading or longest running local villa rental company in the location. Villa Secrets is the first of many networks that will be launched by the "S-World Network"

LuxuryVillas.pro will be very similar to Villa Secrets, concentrating on five and six start properties, differing only in its partners. One can rarely get two fierce competitors to sit in the same room, let alone join in a business network. Hence we create competing networks. All will share the marketing analysis and systems developed, but will be competitive against each other.

Villa Stars.com is a further competing network but will concentrate on four and five start villas,

VillaShop.net will targeting the 3 & 4 star sector and be more of an on line booking service, without the same level of representation, however clients are still protected by the various safeguards and systems that are as standard with any S-World Network member.

From the four competitive networks mentioned above, specialist global internet brands will be created and marketed, this time looking at specific niches, displaying the appropriate properties from any villa network.

S-Web focuses on building better websites and web applications for businesses and individuals, including on line administration systems, financial systems, CRM (client relationship management) systems, marketing, analytics and sales systems.

Villa Secrets and www.Cape-Town-Luxury-Villas.com are the prototype framework focusing on the niche keyword “Villas”. In the not too distant future S-Web will soon repeat the exercise for new keywords such as “Property,” “Real Estate,” “Hotels,” “Safaris,” "Holidays,"Travel" and so on.

This concept, was first considered under the name "Lux Guides" in 2004, but was only first developed as a product in 2010 with the creation on a safari website "Experience Africa" and a copy created for Sotheby's Realty Cape Town "African Concierge". However the 2010 website framework was created poorly and eventually discarded.

 

After which work began on creating the business plans and structures for S-World, which at over one million words is longer than Tolkien's "Lord of the Rings" if not a literary masterpiece, it contains many considerations that will be of value to the network.
