This comfy villa is located in Misty Cliffs on the beachside with spectacular views of the beach and surrounding areas. It is a literally a step down to the beach. What an amazing place to be on holiday and wake up in such a beautiful place! This is a well designed house for groups or large families with light, airy interiors offering spacious entertainment and relaxation areas.  

On the upper level there is a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas which lead out onto a terrace where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and unbelievable views.  Sometimes you may catch the whales and dolphins too.

The house has four bedrooms; the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. The other three bedrooms are on the entrance level. Two share a bathroom and shower. The bunk room is en-suite.  

It is situated within 40 minutes from Cape Town and 15 minutes from the legendary Cape Point and Constantia Valley\'s wine farms 

The house comfortably sleeps 8 (6 adults and two children in bunks).

It’s a wonderful place to spend your holiday!
