Wake up to the sound of the ocean on your doorstep of this ideal luxury family holiday home. In rich earthy colours with African themes through out. Stylish modern wood furniture is impressive when you walk in. Then you see the ocean through the large windows. What a view.

You can’t get closer to the ocean than at this luxury Simons Town villa.

What really impressed me was the earthy look and feel. There\'s a welcoming calmness as you enter. It must be the combination of earth and light. Through out natural light warms this lovely home through large windows.

On the top floor is the kitchen, the stylish dining room and the spacious lounge. Just imagine sitting here watching the ocean on a lovely summer day with some proper Cape wine and friends to share the moment.

On this level you\'ll find one stylish large en-suite queen bedroom with bath and shower. Going down the stairs to the ground level are two bedrooms and the grass lawn where you can sit in the sun or go for a quick swim in the ocean. At night time or early in the morning African Clawless Otters may surprise you with their inquisitive stare. What an experience.

The two bedrooms are both en-suite. One with two single beds, toilet and shower. Then past to the main bedroom with small lounge (with the first of two sleeper couches).

The huge main bedroom (all bedrooms have views on the ocean) comes with queen bed, a romantic bath at the far end of the room and separate toilet and shower. If you have not woken in Africa next to the ocean with the sun greeting you in full glory then you have not been....

Now let\'s go up the stairs from the lounge area. Here you\'ll find the large light filled loft with sleeper couch ideal for two kids. These kids should not be small as the stairs are steep and the loft opens onto the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a real home feel to it. You will also find a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

This Simonstown accommodation has 2 fireplaces for colder winter nights adding a romantic feel to the property – imagine sipping red wine in front of the fire place with the ocean as background music.

The property has full DSTV as well as WIFI.

You can sleep at least 8. Six on four beds in three bedrooms. There are two sleeper couches; one in the loft and one in the lounge next to the main bedroom. 

Three en-suite bathrooms plus guest toilet and basin.

The front garden has direct access to the ocean where you can sit on the rocks while having your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean. It\'s here our friends the Cape Clawless Otter. These inquisitive creatures are just amazing.
