Perfectly located just a short walk from Camps Bay, with its beautiful palm-lined beach, bustling restaurants and busy sidewalk cafés, Villa Central is a large, Tuscan-style villa that has warm and welcoming living spaces, a lovely terraced garden and courtyard swimming pool.   

The villa is split over two levels, with spacious, airy living spaces that open on to the pool deck with one bedroom on the bottom level, and two comfortably furnished bedrooms on the upper level. A lovely living room with smooth wooden floors, plush leather couches, and a wood-burning fireplace greets guests on arrival to the villa. 

Soft down-lighting adds elegant appeal and creates a lovely haven in which to relax next to the crackling fire on cold winter nights. 

Two sets of double French doors open onto the pool deck where there is a barbeque and outdoor seating for six, as well as a swimming pool and terraced garden that runs up the back of the property, offering excellent shelter from the wind. 
The living room flows into the dining room and kitchen, where an antique dining table seats eight people.

The bedroom on the lower level of the villa boasts twin beds and ample cupboard space, and a dedicated bathroom houses a shower and single vanity, sitting adjacent to a guest toilet. 

The second level of the house boasts the remaining two bedrooms, one of which has sea views, while the master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool courtyard and terraced garden. 

The second bedroom also features twin beds, simple cupboard space, and a dedicated bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom is set at the back of the villa and has lovely garden and swimming pool views. Home to a queen-sized bed, the bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious corner bath and shower, tucked away behind cupboard doors.  The master bedroom opens onto a balcony that runs the length of the top floor, with lovely views of the mountain, terraced garden, and courtyard below. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Villa Central is incredibly spacious, with large wooden beams stretching across the ceilings of the upstairs bedrooms. The property also enjoys the service of a gentleman resident housekeeper who resides on site. 

The villa is fully secure with an alarm and has a single garage for off-street parking. There is plenty of on street parking outside the property and it is a short drive to the city center, Table Mountain Cable-way and the V&A Waterfront.
