The kitchen leads to a living area with a plasma TV complemented by a DStv subscription, where you can experience self catering satisfaction while you enjoy time indoors watching a favourite show. Additionally there is Wi-Fi connectivity to keep you in touch with the rest of the world, and a fan to cool you down during the heights of summer on the West Coast.
 
Glass doors at the end of the living area lead out to the garden for your private use, including a barbecue area with seating to enjoy scrumptious meals with a sundowner as you enjoy the picturesque twilight that the Cape is famous for.
 
The apartment complex comes with a spacious pool, another way to cool off during those hot summer days, and you will be allocated parking in the bay for 2 cars. The apartment\'s two bedrooms accommodate a family of 4 and there is a full family bathroom.
