As soon as the money for a deposit or final payment (payments are often split 50/50, half as a deposit and half 30 days prior to arrival).
As soon as the money comes into our account you will be paid within five working days.

Cancelation of mandate, does not include cancelation of bookings, just our exclusivity in making bookings

*Note in the case of sudden sales, typically the property will not be transferred for two to three months, which solves immediate problems, however if for instance a New Years booking has been made and we are before October, some compensation may be needed to re find a villa for guests, the compensation would assist in making such a switch an upgrade.
