THE HOUSE 

Light, airy, open plan and very comfortable, describes John's Villa self-catering holiday home in Hout Bay. The uninterrupted flow from inside to outside is created by concertina doors that open the lounge entirely to the sun terrace. Then it’s only a few steps into the heated outdoor swimming pool.  

Think of all the things you might need on holiday and double it and that’s what you get at John's Villa self-catering villa; fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, high-tech fridge with ice and water dispenser, coffee machine, etc). For those that want to stay in touch with home or business there’s an internet modem, printer and mobile phone supplied. Keep cool or warm with aircon in each bedroom and a fireplace in the lounge. Kids have pool toys, games, DVD’s and Playstation and a travel cot and high chair for the little ones.  

The villa could not be more secure as it is in a private security village of only four other houses, with automatic entry gate, electric/alarmed fencing and excellent external lighting. You can feel completely safe at John's Villa holiday villa in Hout Bay. 

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS  

 	There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms: 
	One ground floor double with shared shower room 
	One queen with en-suite bathroom  
	Two twin bedded rooms where the beds can be seamlessly converted into a huge King size with
	shared family bathroom  

The superb quality bed linens induce sublime restfulness and if the climate gets too hot, the quiet air con can cool things down or heat things up. The three bathrooms with bath and/or shower contain plenty of fluffy towels, bath robes and pool towels. It can truthfully be said, that you don’t need to bring anything with you except your clothes.  

POOL AND BEACHES  
Situated on the Hout Bay mountainside,  John's Villa has wonderful vistas across the bay to the safe and sandy swimming beach. The harbour is a great place to stroll and see boats offloading lobster and tuna, which go straight into the kitchens of the many seafood restaurants around here. Or stay put at  John's Villa and cook your own on the built-in barbeque. The terrace has tables for al-fresco dining and sun loungers for lazing around the large heated outdoor swimming pool. There is also a large garden set to lawn with borders of indigenous plants and fragrant honeysuckle, plus oranges which you can pick straight off the tree. 


THINGS TO DO  
Hout Bay Flea Market every Sunday (just minutes from the villa). 
	Swim, sunbathe or sail a Hobie Cat from Hout Bay beach.  
	Drive Chapman’s Peak Drive – the world’s most impressive cliff-cut road.  
	Stroll Mariner’s Wharf and visit the working harbour.  
	Eat at one of many seafood restaurants overlooking the ocean. 
	Take a township tour of Imizamu Yethu led by a local for another view on life. 
	It’s a short drive to Table Mountain and just 4-minutes by cable car to the top.  
	Robben Island is a favourite with boats leaving from the V&A Waterfront.  
	Visit the Cape Winelands and make selections from over 400 estates.  <
