what is known as the Glen in Camps Bay, The Glen is fact a valley that 
borders against Lions Head Nature Reserve and provides near complete 
protection from the harsh south easterly wind that plagues Camps Bay from 
November to April.
The prize is the Entertainment Area with comfy wooden sunloungers, parasol 
umbrellas, a solid sandstone table next to the BBQ facility situated around 
a very aphetically pleasing swimming pool that sits proudly in front of the 
panoramic ocean and mountains views. Carefully designed this 
outdoor entertainment area flows through large retractable glass doors to 
the open plan living and dining area connected by a granite serving counter 
to the well appointed kitchen.
The villa has three bedrooms, The main can be considered a master suite with
