Bloomberg Camps Bay is totally unique in it�s positioning. There are very few luxury vacation rentals available on the Camps Bay promenade just 10 meters from the beach. This 9-unit modern apartment complex epitomises sophistication in this very prestigious area. Walk up the promenade, have a cappuccino, breakfast or lunch at any one of many sidewalk cafes. Dine at the many excellent restaurants. A stroll over to the beach � there is almost no reason to leave the area. However, if using the apartment as a base, the security aspect offers the perfect lock up and go solution.

Each apartment has sea views and there is a perfectly positioned sea-facing swimming pool in the complex. The units each sleep 4 persons offering 1 bedroom en-suite, as well as a sleeper couch in the spacious living room. The self-contained kitchen is fitted with high quality modern finishes and appliances. Tasteful furnishings and quality artworks have been used all round. The units are stocked with South African wines and other beverages.

Ample secure parking of 14 bays is available in the complex and the building has the highest standard of security � with locks at the main entrance. Armed response services are also in place. All units have satellite TV.

All apartments are fully serviced, a laundry service is available in addition to self-service laundry facilities. This rate beats any rate in the area as there is nothing of this standard in the area except for 1 up-market hotel.

Bloomberg Camps Bay is ideally suited to the individual holiday traveler, a small family, as well as for corporate vacations � a company or film crew could book the entire complex or several units.
